The Old Dominick Brand was created in 1886 by Domenico Canale. The Huling Station warehouse was were the merchant became Memphis, Tennessee's most renowned bottler of whiskey. Bottles with the Old Dominick name were certain to be of the highest quality. Today Domenico's great great grandsons Chris and Alex Canale have resurrected the old brand in the same tradition. This is high-rye bourbon from the great distillery in Lawerenceberg Indiana aged to around 4 years old and bottled at 100 proof. Very few of the merchant bottlers are offering such great value for the whiskies they've bought on the open market. The wonderful spice driven aromatics translate to plenty of texture balanced with tons of barrel spice and sweet vanilla bean.
